My name is Susannah Stephens and I am a licensed REALTOR in Ohio and in Northern Kentucky! I am a seasoned agent, and I am grateful for every opportunity I am given to help change someone's life! Whether it's buying or selling, I work hard to make sure YOUR end goal is met. Navigating the processes of buying or selling can be intimidating. But, I am here to make it as smooth of a process for you. I love my job and I feel like I am making a difference in people's lives with every deal I am apart of. I guarantee open communication with each of my clients, and I make my clients feel comfortable enough to be open with me. I work WITH you, and I am not the type of person to take this relationship lightly. I have fought for my clients in negotiations, and I am willing to fight for you! I will always give you my professional advice, and I will do it honestly. When listing my clients home, I inform them upfront what the market value is for their home, and I never inflate it to try and just gain the business. Jesus is my driving force in my business, and I run my business as He would want me to. No matter what your background or walk of life you are from, I will always treat you with love and kindness that everyone deserves.
I am a mother of 4 beautiful children, and a wife to an amazing husband! I have a great relationship with my Lord and Savior, Jesus. He is the center of everything in my life and in my family's lives. He has blessed each one of my transactions, and I couldn't be more blessed to have a business partner like Him! My family and I actively serve in our local church and we enjoy attending small groups for Bible studies. I coach youth basketball and I financially support Food for the Hungry Ministries. I enjoy the outdoors and having Family Movie Night with my family. My husband and I also enjoy flipping homes together. I despise grocery shopping, cooking and folding laundry. I also play ping pong well. In my younger days, I played basketball all the way into College. I played for Thomas More College and it was the first season in the schools history for the Women's Basketball team to make it into the "Sweet 16" of the tournament. I ended up finishing college at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology.... which has been helpful everyday of my life in this business. 😉 My family is from Ohio, which is where I grew up. I ended up moving my family to Northern Kentucky, which is where we have settled. So I am very familiar with both sides of the river! Scroll down to view my resume and I hope to work with YOU soon!
